By completing and submitting the tax client intake form (“Form”), you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Form or our services.

  1. Services

Select Tax Solutions LLC (“Company”) agrees to provide tax preparation and consultation services based on the information provided by the Client in the Form.

  1. Client Responsibilities
  • Accuracy of Information: The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in the Form. The Company is not responsible for any errors or omissions resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the Client.
  • Timely Submission: The Client agrees to submit all necessary information and documentation in a timely manner to ensure compliance with tax deadlines.
  1. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be outlined in a separate fee agreement. Payment terms and methods will be specified therein.

  1. Confidentiality

The Company will maintain the confidentiality of all Client information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

  1. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  1. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on our website or notifying the Client.
